Typographical Feelings

In this project, a noun representing an emotion was chosen, serving as the foundation for the work. Four distinct typographic compositions were then created: two using serif typefaces and two using sans-serif typefaces. For each of the four compositions, ten variations were developed.
The design constraints included the use of only one additional color besides black and white, with no transparencies or halftints permitted. Imagery was strictly excluded. Instead, the focus was placed on expressing the chosen emotion through typographic choices, specifically through the manipulation of color, size, and composition. The process encouraged exploration of legibility and creative problem-solving to convey the emotional quality of the selected noun.
